Facilitator Certification Program

Bring the method
to the world.

Get certified in The Abstract Tray Method™. License the Mindsteps™ process. Deliver transformative emotional awareness experiences in your own community.

The Invitation

This is bigger than
a certification.

The Abstract Tray Method™ Manifesto ends with an invitation — not to consume, but to connect. The Facilitator Program extends that invitation into a professional calling.

When you become a certified facilitator, you don't just learn a process. You join a mission: to make emotional awareness accessible, non-intimidating, and universal — from homes to schools to workplaces to communities around the world.

Jeffrey Losner personally trains and certifies every facilitator. This is not a course you complete and forget. It is a relationship with a methodology — and with the man who built it.

Certification Leadership

The people behind
your certification.

Every facilitator is trained and certified by the founders of the method — a self-taught artist and a Yale-trained sociologist who both witnessed the same thing: this works.

Academic Director & Co-Certifier

Gabriel Acevedo, PhD

PhD Sociology, Yale University · Quinnipiac University

Gabriel witnessed the Abstract Tray Method firsthand at a Yale event — in a room of therapists, psychologists, and family court judges — and immediately recognized what the research had been telling him for years: that non-verbal, art-based emotional access works where words alone cannot. His academic research on the social determinants of mental health, published in leading peer-reviewed journals, provides the scholarly foundation that makes the Abstract Tray Method defensible, rigorous, and credible across clinical and institutional settings.
